* Faulty equipment must be returned freight paid and be clearly marked with a Return Authorization number from Customer Care.

* Termination within 30 days gets full refund except for freight charges and calls made which will be charged at our published rate (USA customers only).

* All equipment returned for refund must be in original saleable condition with full packaging and documentation.

* Termination after 30 days (USA customers only) before 1 year will incur a termination fee of $30 unless all equipment is returned freight paid.

* Termination of Service must be notified via email from the same email address listed in the account and should be at least 7 days before the monthly billing date.
